Who handles your request
Dayana Batista processes the information you provide to respond to your property-selling inquiry. The request form is not used to subscribe you to marketing.
Information you provide
Name and email are required. Phone, property address, characteristics, selling timeline and message are optional. Do not send identity documents, banking information or financial records.
Sending the form
When you submit the form, the information is sent over HTTPS to Formspree, the technical submission provider. Your browser may also transmit technical information such as its IP address and browser type. Formspree privacy policy.
External media and links
Market dashboards and embedded YouTube or TikTok videos load only when you choose to open them. This connects your browser to the external service, which applies its own privacy practices. YouTube embeds use its privacy-enhanced domain. Links to WhatsApp, social profiles and property portals open their respective services; they do not submit this form. Analytics and technical operation
This version does not load Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. It does not set advertising cookies. The hosting provider may process technical access logs needed to deliver and protect the site. No account is required to browse. We store only your choice to pause or resume the hero videos in this browser’s local storage. You can change it with the same control or remove it by clearing site data; this preference is not sent with the form.
Retention and privacy requests
The stated retention period for form inquiries is one year. To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact info@dayanadbrealtor.com. Do not attach sensitive documents to that message.
Scope
This policy covers the Listings and Exposure pages and their enquiry form. External websites and any future representation agreement have their own terms.
